UPDATE: Final figures showed that Hall Pass actually opened in first place with $13.5 million while Gnomeo & Juliet was in second with $13.4 million. After opening in third place and then climbing to second in its second weekend, Touchstone Pictures' Gnomeo & Juliet climbed to the top spot its third weekend with an estimated $14.2 million.
