In response to the recent resignation of a German bishop, who has admitted to beating orphans and is facing accusations of pedophilia, the Catholic Church is offering its members the rare opportunity to text message Pope Benedict XVI. This attempt to establish open communication between clergy and congregation will culminate in a late May broadcast of the TV show "In His Image," during which the texts will appear onscreen. (Let's call it 'Total [Prayer] Request Live.') Apparently, the texts will be personally delivered (likely after some thorough filtering) to the Pope, who, we assume, will require some help in decoding the messages: "I m mos def n ur corner, Ben XVI!"
