Mr. Vin Chor is 24 years old and he lives in Choeung Prey I village in Kandal province. He and his wife, Mrs. Chorn Por, are farmers who own one hectare of land to grow rice to support their family. They have some problems because the rice field is far from an irrigation system and the soil is infertile. In order to improve rice production, Mr. Vin Chor decided to apply for a loan to dig a well. He would like to buy fertilizer and fuel with the rest of the loan. He is the father of a child who is too small to study or work. His wife is on the right in the picture.
