Puth Sopheap, age 63, is married and resides with his wife and child in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia. He is a doctor, earning approximately an income of US$ 10 per day. By doing so, he is able to cover family expenses. He has been in this business since 1969. His wife is a tailor, earning an income of US$ 5 per day. The standard of living of this family improved since they have been in these businesses, so they want to have a loan to expand their businesses. Sopheap is requesting a loan of USD 1000 to buy more materials to aid his wife's business of tailoring. This is his first loan from CREDIT, partnered with Kiva.
