Marvel Studio's Thor was directed by Kenneth Branagh and stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Jaimie Alexander, Stellan Sarsgard and Kat Dennings. The movie is set to be released in the summer of 2011. 

Plot Synopsis:

Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the epic adventure, “Thor,” which spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Cillian Murphy attached to Star in THE RETREAT

Cillian Murphy, who recently co-starred in Christopher Nolan's Inception has landed a new acting gig in a British thriller called The Retreat. He will star opposite Thandie Newton (MI2) in the film, which is described as a landlocked “Knife In the Water meets Dead Calm.”

The movie actually sounds pretty cool. "Murphy and Newton will play a husband and wife who rent a remote island cottage while trying to repair their marriage. One day they find a biohazard-suited soldier washed up on the beach, who warns them that everybody on the mainland has been killed by an airborne virus. That’s when the psychological fun-and-games begin..."

Sony Pictures has already acquired the UK rights to the film which is being directed by first time writer/director Carl Tibbetts, who is an editor that has worked on Alien Vs Predator.

INCEPTION Timeline Infographic

I never really found Christopher Nolan's Inception that complicated, but there are a lot of people who did, and then there are a lot of people looking for a deeper meaning to the film and story, coming up with conclusions that don't even exist.
